Ohio only: direct from home, plus grocery stores, registered farm markets, farmers markets, restaurants, and festivals of a political subdivision (≤7 consecutive days). Unusually broad indirect sales with no registration.

This product is home produced.

Ten-point type (ORC §3715.023(A)(5)). Statute casing is "This product is home produced." (ODA guidance styles it in title case; the statute controls).

What must be on your label

Name and address of the business of the cottage food production operation
Name of the food product
Ingredients in descending order of predominance by weight
Net weight and volume (ODA guidance: both U.S. customary AND metric units)
"This product is home produced." in 10-point type
Nutrition Facts panel only if nutrient content or health claims are made (labeling per 21 CFR Part 101)
